If it clears up, can you see Mt. Fuji from there? I know we could see it from our hotel in Shinjuku and also from out by Tokyo Disneyland.

I would be able to see it easily except that my room faces the wrong way. That pic is facing almost exactly due North, Fuji-san is SW from here. I have often seen it from my room in a different, nearby hotel with windows that face that direction. Today is quite overcast.
